Sarah had a great party with her friends from the baby group, happily demonstrating her newly acquired bipedal skills. The bigger kids (parents) had great fun watching the toddlers interacting, who would have thought that sharing is harder to learn than walking? Sarah enjoyed her first taste of sugar, (literally the icing on the cake)!

We cannot believe that it has been a year already! Our little girl is growing up so fast! Isn't life grand?

Hi Veronica-

I just wanted to give you an update on Samuel, he's doing great! He turned four and is already talking about his next birthday! He brings love and happiness to our lives every minute of every day and being his mama is my greatest joy-truly beyond measure.

We moved to Texas late last year and it has been a tremendous blessing for our family. With my new job, Virgil is able to be a stay-at-home daddy and is loving every minute of it. My brother and his family also moved out here and "Nana" is on her way.

Our new goal is to add to our family with the help of Lifetime, I can't wait to call you and let you know..."We're ready!!!"

I keep in touch with Sam's birthmom and she's doing wonderful. She got married recently and is really happy.

Wow, time really flies with 2 now! We are so thankful and blessed to have these little girls in our life and we cannot picture life without them in it.  Thanks to all of you at Lifetime for making a miracle happen, not once but twice.  Hope this upcoming year will bring other people the joy and love that we have.  If they are working with Lifetime, I'm sure that they will be blessed too.

Hello Lifetime,

Hello all.  Had to take a few moments from this special day to wish you all a very happy and blessed holiday season.  Joshua is doing wonderfully and doing something new every day.  He's enjoying his Christmas and is having a ball with all the wrapping paper and bows!  He's been excited the entire day and we've had a fun time watching him on his first Christmas.  We are looking forward to many more to come.  We couldn't let this Christmas go by without wishing you God's blessings and extending our thanks again to the Lifetime family!

This just in, at almost 11 months of age, Sarah takes six steps! She was standing up by the chair, and then she pivoted and took a step to the ottoman. As if this wasn't amazing enough, she then turned and carefully took five cautious steps to the couch.

We know it is silly, after all billions of other children have made this developmental milestone, but WOW! We are so proud we might burst, so we had to share. Life is good!

She just loves to push her little cart around. But I am worried that it is a sign, after Mommy took her shopping with some friends, I found Sarah talking the credit cards out of my wallet. Mommy just smiled, apparently Sarah learns really, really fast...

We just wanted to keep you updated with Marcianna who is just shy of three and a half. She is getting so big! She is such a little lady and a constant blessing. She loves to read books and play dress up. We went to the zoo for the annual "Boo at the Zoo" and she had a blast. Minnie Mouse is her favorite character (this month!) Lucas turned two on October 11th! Mike and I cannot get over that he is already two! He is a constant joy to have. He surprises us every day! We consider ourselves extremely blessed. Lucas's big brother, Craig loves him very much. Thank you again for matching us with Lucas's birthmother. We cannot imagine our lives without Lucas.

Hi Diane,

Kell just turned 1! He is so much fun and such a blessing to my life and so many others. We should be finalizing his adoption soon and I am really happy about that. I still find myself holding him in my arms and rocking him to sleep at night. Needless to say, the crib has not gotten very much use.
